THE ALL-IN-ONE BLASTING CENTRE

The IDEA PRO is a multi-function solution that incorporates both devesting and finishing in the same unit. This hybrid unit has a very powerful jet that provides the recycled corumdum for devesting and a variable number of tanks for the finishing micro abrasives. The working chamber is equipped with LED lighting. At the bottom of the working chamber of the PRO model, the blasting residue is collected in a full pull-out tray, designed for easy cleaning.



The unique Water Air Filtering System can be purchased separately and attached easilty to this unit.

· 2 tanks for disposable abrasive media, which can be upgraded to 4 tanks.

· Integrated pull-out draw for used media at the bottom for easy cleaning

· Recirculating abrasive method: YES (devesting projector with Ø3,0mm nozzle)

· Microblasting Tanks: 2 standard + 2 optional

· Abrasive heating system: NO

· Available nozzles: 0,8mm suitable for abrasive range from 75 to 95my; 1,2mm for abrasive range from 95 to 110my – 0,5mm for 50my; 2,0mm for 250my

· Air treatment unit: filter, pressure reducer, pressure gauge

· Operation: electric foot-control and flow selector

· Gloves: durable, long-lasting rubber

· Possibility of connection to an electric dust extractor with automatic operation
