Description



Tyler Brothers Setting plates and matched punches are precision engineered in Brisbane, Australia.

Manufactured from D2 tool steel, Tyler Brothers Tools are vacuum hardened to a minimum of 1020 degrees Celsius and double tempered for supreme durability to ISO 9001 quality standards.

Each item is treated with an intense electrochemical bluing solution for ultimate oxidisation resistance.

Small setting plate is 110mm x 55mm x 11mm, containing 4 rows of 9 graduating holes with set angles of 10, 15, 20, 25 degrees. 10 and 15 degree holes graduate from 3.2mm - 5.3mm, 20 and 25 degree holes graduate from 3.2mm to 5.4mm.

Back of the plate is relief cut for simplified release of collet production.

Number stamped for quick identification the Plate is accompanied by 4 matched punches of the same superior quality tool steel and treatments.

Net weight (without packaging) of 715grams, Gross weight (with packaging) 750grams
